Portable Hydraulic Rebar Cutter — Model Options
This corded handheld cutter closes a hydraulic cutting head around a steel bar. Source close-ups show the blade opening, body and controls; it is a cutter, not a rebar bending machine.

A portable hydraulic cutter for preparing steel reinforcing bars in construction work. The source lists an 8–25 mm cut-off range, 220 V supply and 1.8 kW power. Match the bar grade and diameter to the approved machine capacity rather than treating the diameter entry as a guarantee for all steels.
| Listed cutting range | 8-25mm |
|---|---|
| Source cycle entry | 3-5s |
| Listing voltage | 220V |
| Source power | 1.8 kW |
| Source weight entry | 16.5 kg — The attribute lists 16.5 kg; a source comparison graphic also shows 22 kg in an ambiguously aligned weight row. Neither is confirmed here as the selected machine’s net weight. |
| Listed dimensions | 630*370*200mm |
The hand-held arrangement is intended to move the cutting head to the workpiece. The supplied view shows a carrying handle, motor housing, cable and cutting jaw. Although the source attributes include a “bending material” field, that field does not establish a bending function. This enquiry concerns cutting only; a separate bender is required if the job also calls for shaped reinforcement.
Specify whether the reinforcement is plain or ribbed, its steel grade or strength specification, and the diameters used most often. The listed 3–5 s cut-off entry has no accompanying test protocol, material grade or duty-cycle definition. It is not a promise of sustained site output. Agree the applicable capacity chart and cutting-blade specification for the ordered machine.
The 220 V entry does not specify frequency, plug type or the local supply arrangement. Confirm these before dispatch. Ask for the operating manual, the identification of the cutting blades and the maintenance requirements for the actual hydraulic assembly. Do not infer an oil grade, filling quantity or tightening torque from a photograph. Any inspection or servicing must follow the delivered machine’s instructions.
The weight discrepancy is retained in the specification note instead of silently choosing a favourable number. Confirm net and packed weight separately. Gallery detail views are crops of the edited source image, not independent photographs of extra accessories. Cables visible in the picture do not establish the ordered plug or included spare parts. Request a written list of the machine, blades, case and other items included in the quotation.
Bar grade and diameters; supply voltage/frequency; cutting-blade reference; net/packed weight; included items; quantity and destination city.

No such universal capacity is established. Provide the material specification and require the applicable capacity chart.
The sources conflict. Confirm the selected machine’s net and packed weight before ordering.
A bending function is not verified for this cutting tool. Specify bending as a separate equipment requirement.
