Product Description

Product and application

These steel moulds define the block cavities used in a compatible block-making machine. The photographs show loose moulds, installed examples and finished blocks; the host machine is not part of the mould unless separately quoted.

Choosing this configuration

The source dimensional field overlaps a finished-block size and is not used as the overall mould measurement. Supply the host-machine drawing, mould fastening points, cavities and required block dimensions instead of ordering from appearance alone.

Machine interface and cavity drawing

Match the mould box, fastening layout, tamper head and available stroke to the host machine. Specify finished-block size, wall layout, cavity count and demoulding direction. Similar block shapes do not establish machine compatibility.

What is supplied

Confirm the mould box and matching upper pieces, spare wear components and handling provisions. Ask for a drawing and material specification. Finished-block and machine photographs illustrate possible use, not supplied equipment or guaranteed output.

Product FAQ

Which mould should I order?

Start with the finished-block drawing and match its cavities and machine interfaces.

Is the shift output guaranteed?

A source capacity field needs a defined mould, mix, operating cycle and handling workflow before it can be compared.

Is mixing and curing equipment included?

Only if listed separately in the quotation. The forming machine does not replace these operations.

Can photographs prove block strength?

No. Ask for material trials and the testing applicable to the proposed block and use.

What needs checking for this particular listing?

The source dimensional field overlaps a finished-block size and is not used as the overall mould measurement. Supply the host-machine drawing, mould fastening points, cavities and required block dimensions instead of ordering from appearance alone.

How do I confirm the delivery contents?

State the model or part, measurements and quantity. Ask for equipment, accessories and documents to be itemised separately.
